Question:

Do you buy furniture?

Answer:

Yes, when we visit your property to provide a quote we will look at your unwanted furniture. If we feel that your furniture is in good condition; we will offset the cost of the old furniture against the quote provided.


Question:

Do you recycle?

Answer:

Yes, we here at 'Andrews Environmental Services' are strong believers in the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" policy. We therefore aim to recycle, reuse or re-manufacture up to 95% of the waste we take away from properties. You can see what products we recycle on the respective clearance pages.


Question:

Are prices negotiable?

Answer:

We aim to offer you the most reasonable prices on the market today for our service so if you find another company the will work for less then we will try to better this offer.


Question:

Do we have to be/stay at the property?

Answer:

Not necessarily, all we will need to do is have access to the property. We can let ourselves in and out of the property and we will return the keys to you once we have finished the job.


Question:

What do you not remove?

Answer:

Unfortunately due to health and safety we are unable to remove certain Hazardous Materials, including noxious chemicals, solvents, motor oils, petrol cans, asbestos, vehicle batteries, raw meat and fish, medical or biological waste or any toxic substances.

Are you insured?

Answer:

Yes, our each member of staff on our London Clearance team, and all of our vehicles are fully insured.


Question:

Will you make a mess?

Answer:

We will try our hardest to make as little mess as possible. We do however offer a Cleaning Service for an additional fee if you do require the property cleaning after it has been cleared.


Question:

Are you a registered waste carrier?

Answer:

Yes, we are licenced by the Environmental Agency to carry waste. You can view our licence here.


Question:

How much notice do you require?

Answer:

When providing a free quote we can visit you on the same day if you contact us before 12pm. When arranging a date to start a clearance or cleaning service all we require is 24 hour notice. At just a small extra fee; we can also offer you a 24/7 service for when you need your property clearing in a hurry.
